Job Description Legal Advisor – Debt Capital Markets Location: London Team: Banking Legal Team Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus + Benefits WFH: Hybrid model Reporting to: Head of Legal Direct Reports: N/A About the Role: Fantastic opportunity for a Debit Capital Markets Legal Advisor to join the securities legal team of a Global Banking Group. The work is primarily transactional with a focus on securities products. You will draft, review and advise on securities-related documentation and help with the execution of such documentation following internal requirements policies and external regulations. Responsibilities: Managing trades which includes reviewing drafts, preparing execution versions, drafting relevant documents and supporting colleagues and the London MTN desk with any queries. Working on repackaging trades which involves tasks such as requesting ISINs, and reviewing drafts. Providing transaction-related administrative assistance as required, including arranging for documents to be signed and handling queries from other departments.
