About Sales Strategy & Operations

Our mission is to power sustainable revenue growth for Pinterest through data-driven strategic insights, decision-making, tight management, and high-impact revenue strategies. As we inform critical business decisions that drive revenue growth, team members are highly visible to senior sales leadership at Pinterest and across the organization.

What you\’ll do:

• Partner with the VP of Global Agency Sales & the VP of Programmatic Advertising to define bold strategic revenue initiatives, driving action and accountability across teams.
• Define the vision, challenge current practices, and advocate for resources needed to accelerate revenue growth.
• Help build our Programmatic and Agency businesses to their full potential, connecting them and developing the Sales Strategy & Operations team. Be a bold, structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented thinker.
• Collaborate with global leadership to identify, develop, and deploy critical revenue initiatives, structuring key opportunities.
• Define cross-functional needs, advocate for progress, and set goals based on input from sales leaders, monitoring progress regularly.
• Analyze the business to identify opportunities, risks, and gaps through weekly reviews and deep dives, informing decision-making with insights.
• Present complex insights and recommendations clearly to top sales and company leadership.
• Establish segmentation strategies to inform our service model and account prioritization.
• Set strategic agendas for the team, defining what is needed to serve business needs effectively.
• Build and lead a high-performing team.

Who we\’re looking for:

• 15+ years in strategy & operations within analytical environments like consulting, investment banking, or tech/media.
• Proven success in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Deep understanding of digital ad sales, programmatic, and agency ecosystems; direct experience in Sales Strategy & Operations preferred.
• Expertise in working with large datasets (Tableau, SQL) and translating data into insights and stories.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders to drive innovation and results.
• A \’T-shaped\’ leader with depth in strategy & operations and cross-functional skills.
• Experience building and leading top talent teams, delivering bold outcomes.
• Excited to \’roll up sleeves\’ as a player-coach while building their team.
• Bachelor\’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Information:

This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. This role requires in-office presence approximately one day per week in NYC or Chicago.
