As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by connecting businesses in the Financial Services industry with our Salesforce professional services. You’ll leverage your software expertise to identify client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and close deals that transform businesses. You can expect to be involved in (including but not limited to):

  • Developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients in Financial Services
  • Building tailored proposals showcasing the value of Salesforce's professional services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
  • Maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure consistent growth

The role is also designed to support your growth and development throughout your career. You’ll have access to a wide range of knowledge and support from Managers to Partners, all eager to help you push further.

At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together. All we ask is that our people play all in. You’ll continually strive to keep learning —whether you’re a trainee or a Partner—and you’ll be brave, stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above all, be nice. It’s a simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.

In addition to these core values, as a Salesforce Sales Executive, you should:

  • Have sales expertise: a hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding targets and following up on warm leads
  • Experience selling Salesforce solutions into Financial Services companies
  • Strong knowledge of the Financial Services industry, e.g., Fintech
  • Be a relationship builder: a persuasive communicator who thrives on creating lasting client connections
  • Be a problem-solver: able to identify challenges and craft innovative solutions
  • Be resilient: a self-starter who thrives under pressure and bounces back from setbacks

Cloud Orca is an award-winning team of creative, established, and experienced Salesforce consultants that maximize everything Salesforce has to offer. We prioritize people and relationships over products and services, delivering a streamlined, client-focused service—free from unnecessary red tape.

What’s in it for you? We trust our people to make the right decisions for themselves—regarding how they dress, where they work, and how often they take holiday. We offer flexible working arrangements, along with the trust and accountability to deliver. Our culture is centered on our people. We offer:

  • Supported development with tailored training to help you learn and progress
  • A flexible hybrid working approach
  • Empowerment and trust to do your best work
  • Comprehensive wellbeing support for physical, mental, spiritual, and financial health
  • Volunteering opportunities to engage with local communities and charities
