We are seeking an experienced 2nd-line Manager for our Sales Development organization, offering an exciting opportunity for career advancement in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. You will play a critical role in shaping our corporate sales strategy by providing a robust and reliable Inbound and Outbound pipeline to support the sales organization and achieve regional objectives.
Reporting Relationships: The role reports to the VP of Global Sales Development. Direct Reports: SDR Managers and SDR teams in Europe.
Role Expectations:
- Lead and scale a growing team of 1st line SDR Managers and SDRs.
- Coach and develop managers, collaborate on demand generation, meet targets, and participate in recruitment.
- Drive sales development execution, ensuring target attainment, accurate forecasting, and transparency.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture top talent through coaching and mentorship.
- Inspire and motivate teams via management, coaching, incentives, and results sharing.
- Create scalable, data-driven processes and playbooks to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue goals while maintaining excellent customer experience.
- Participate in European-wide projects to foster innovation and agility.
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years leading SDR teams of 30+ members, including managers.
- Proven success in achieving pipeline and revenue targets.
- Experience in defining processes and building playbooks in fast-growing environments.
- Experience in scaling and leading inbound and outbound teams with a focus on culture and results.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to implement aligned solutions.
- Collaborative approach and ability to navigate change and align teams.
