Job summary

As a member of the IT Team, the Senior ERP/DBA IFS Software Engineer will report to and work closely with the IT Service Delivery Manager in aligning site priorities for the implementation of the global IT strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Scope, design, upgrade, and implement new customizations in IFS ERP as requested by internal teams.
• Maintain and develop existing ERP customizations, including integrated third-party systems.
• Provide documentation, technical support, and ad-hoc training to users for internally developed solutions.
• Work with system users to define report requirements and deliver reports appropriately.
• Engage in analytical and change control activities.
• Provide high-quality customer service to the business in all areas of IT.
• Monitor and update the IT service desk system; prioritize and follow up on calls to ensure timely support.
• Support team members and train junior staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.
• Produce and maintain documentation on systems and procedures.
• Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Provide technical and functional support for applications and equipment.

Experience needed:

• Experience with IFS Apps 9/10, including data migration, IFS Connect, custom menus, fields, and events.
• Implementation and development experience with IFS ERP systems.
• ERP system integration experience.
• Development experience with IFS Lobby.
• Proficiency with Crystal Reports software.
• Technical troubleshooting skills.
