Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team on a 1-year contract basis from September. This contract is 5 days a week term time only. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing personalised support and assistance to our students. Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during lessons and activities. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Assist in the implementation of behavioural interventions and strategies to support positive behaviour management.
