Duties and Responsibilities: * Ensure all lines are properly set up and ready for smooth daily operations. * Oversee stock levels and conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards. * Manage the daily activities of production line staff, including handling absences and adjusting resources to meet production needs * Assist line staff with achieving their production targets and maintaining workflow efficiency. * Efficiently use production equipment, such as check weighers, bagging machines, and measuring systems, to maintain accuracy and consistency across the line. Requirements: * Previous Experience in a Line Leader or Supervisor role is beneficial * Previous experience working in a food industry * Proficient in numeracy and literacy skills * Must have your own transport * Ambitious and with strong attention to detail So, are you ready for your next job?
