SF Recruitment are looking for an experienced and hands-on Interim Transactions Manager to support our client's finance function during a critical systems transformation.
We are seeking a finance professional to step into the day-to-day management of our transactional finance operations while our client's current Transactions Manager focuses on project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support across Purchase and Sales Ledger functions: Raising sales invoices and reporting, Posting purchase invoices and payments, Managing internal group recharges
- Support Credit Control: Reviewing and assisting with "on hold" lists, Resolving invoice/payment queries
- Review and support payroll activities: Weekly analysis of overtime and absences, Posting monthly payroll journals
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Investigate and reconcile mis-postings
- Collate data from legacy systems to support ERP transition
- Archive and clean up existing Sage data
- Support with annual external audit preparation
Contract Duration: Initially 12 months
About You:
- Previous finance management experience
- AAT or CBE qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Solid understanding of transactional finance processes
- Confident working hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Sage and/or ERP systems desirable
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running
