About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Full-Time Barista to operate and manage a premium outdoor coffee cart in the heart of Knightsbridge. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for coffee, a flair for customer service, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the coffee cart independently (key holder duties).
- Safely move the cart into position each morning (requires physical fitness).
- Ensure all brewing equipment is fully operational.
- Answer questions about the coffee offerings and share your product knowledge.
- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality, well-presented drinks.
- Follow precise recipes and maintain beverage standards.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for restocking when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a busy, customer-facing environment.
- Confident with both manual and automatic brewing equipment.
- Strong basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Sound understanding of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and food safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of moving the coffee cart daily.
