Your new company Our Client is an established commercial SME organisation based in Woking. A stunning location with free parking Your new role This role will support the HR Manager in delivering a comprehensive HR & employee relations advisory service. Within this role you will act as a central point of contact for the HR department, ensuring all HR practices comply with employment law and industry standards, keeping up to date with changes in legislation. This role will support recruitment and screening and onboarding of all new employees and updating and conducting the Company Induction. Furthermore, it will investigate employee relations enquiries, escalating to the HR Manager as necessary and provide guidance to the Management team and to enable fair, consistent and effective management of Human Resources across the business. You will also support the implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews, objectives setting, and development plans. Assist managers with restructuring/workforce re-organisation, including consultations and redundancies selection/consultation in line with current legislation.
