Job Overview: As a Media Coordinator, you will support the Head of Communications and the Commercial Manager in the efficient and high-quality delivery of PR and commercial campaigns for our clients. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for golf and a desire to build a career in the industry. Your role will involve assisting in various aspects of campaign management, ensuring that client projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PR and Communications Support: Assist the Head of Communications in the development and execution of PR strategies aligned with client objectives. Support in drafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials. Help maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers within the golf industry. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports and insights for client review.
  • Advertising Campaign Management: Support the development and execution of advertising campaigns, including digital, print, and broadcast channels. Assist in the creation of advertising briefs and liaise with creative teams to ensure the delivery of compelling and effective advertisements. Coordinate with media buyers and planners to ensure accurate placement and scheduling of ads. Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns, gathering data and insights to inform future strategies. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all advertising activities align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Client Support and Campaign Management: Provide administrative and organisational support to ensure the timely delivery of client projects. Assist in preparing campaign ideas, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients. Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Ideal for new graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience in PR, social media, or marketing.
  • Skills: A strong interest in golf, with a passion for both playing and viewing the sport. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content. Basic understanding of media platforms and a willingness to learn management tools and analytics. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A creative thinker with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
