HOURS: 37.5 HRS PER WEEK

CONTRACT: FIXED TERM (12 Months)

Tasks & Responsibilities for the Technical Clerk:

  • Acquire anomalies data from the Plant Condition Management System (PCMS) and update the Mechanical and Civil Anomalies Registers.
  • Raise requests in SAP for repairs/maintenance/further inspections.
  • Create change requests in SAP for planned maintenance activities (dates/frequencies/addition/removal).
  • Monitor the Master Vessel Register to track and highlight overdue inspections to the Inspections Team Lead.
  • Attend meetings as dictated by the inspection requirements.
  • Provide support and assistance for the on-site Asset Integrity Team as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within systems and procedures.
  • High level of computer literacy including experience of database entries (SAP essential).
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Team worker/welcoming approach.
  • Technical knowledge (preferred).
