We have an exciting opportunity for confident support workers who are fun and outgoing to support a lady in Runcorn.

- Role: Female Support Worker
- Location: Runcorn
- Salary: £12.35 per hour
- Shifts: Our shifts are 24 hours starting at 9am – 23:00 pm then a sleep shift 23:00 pm – 9am
- Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
Key Role essentials and responsibilities:
- Full UK drivers’ licence
- Competent verbal and written English
- Must have experience within health and social care settings
Meet the person you’ll be supporting:
I am a lady in my 40's with a learning disability and personality disorder. I sometimes display challenging behaviour, become easily distracted and restless, and enjoy going out into the community and going for drives. I love socialising and meeting new people, and I’m working on becoming more independent. I am close with my mum and family; I have a pet Labrador which I love and is very important to me.
What types of people do I get along with? I get along with people who are funny and understand my sense of humour. I like my staff to listen to me, respect me, and be neat and tidy.
My team:
- I am supported on a 1:1 ratio during the day and 1:1 for the night shifts.
- My shift patterns include long day sleeps.
- My staff will receive bespoke training specifically to cover my needs.

- 28 days annual leave inclusive of statutory bank holidays (for full time, part time is worked out on a pro-rata basis)
