Outreach Volunteer – VH121

Overview

Role: The main purpose of this role is to provide outreach support to service users wanting to make changes to their lifestyle – provided by CGL (Change, Grow, Live).

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, information and support
• Support service users to engage into services
• Relapse management support and advice

Time commitment

Minimum 2 days a week and cover when needed, Monday – Friday.

Change, Grow, Live (CGL) is an organisation that provides help and support to adults, children, young people and families. Their services cover a wide variety of areas including health and wellbeing, substance use, mental health, criminal justice, domestic abuse and homelessness.
