Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator Location: Deeside Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (salary increase annually) + £200 on call allowance a month Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5 in office (on call once a month/ every 4/5 weeks) A Facilities Management service provider offering a range of property management solutions in including the care sector, residential properties, student accommodation etc, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services and repairs. They are looking to bring on a Facilities Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the facilities helpdesk team. Your role: Liaising with clients\’ enquiries for repairs and reactive maintenance via CAFM systems. Using CAFM systems. Scheduling of planned maintenance. Manage contractors via CAFM and phone. Regularly holding meetings with directors and clients.
