Our client, a successful commercial law firm in the city, are seeking an experienced legal secretary to provide secretarial support to a team of corporate lawyers / partners. This is a busy role and it is essential that you have strong organisational skills, can be flexible, and have a positive attitude.
Duties are not limited to but include:
Extensive and complex diary management.
Typing and amending documents including correspondence, agreements etc.
Proof reading documents, agreements etc.
Billing, invoicing, and tracking expenses.
Assisting with confidential projects.
Opening and closing of files, conflict checks etc.
Solid experience as a legal secretary is essential and whilst a background in corporate law would be an advantage it\’s not essential. The ability to multi-task, deal with highly confidential documents and information, and organise a busy workload is required. You must also be an excellent communicator as you will be dealing with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
