CSA Estimator β Data Centres β Dublin & Glasgow Our client is a β¬2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre projects division, our client is now seeking an experienced CSA Estimator. Responsibilities * Prepare Accurate Cost Estimates: Develop detailed and precise CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) estimates for data centre construction projects. * Review Project Specifications: Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to identify scope and cost requirements. * Manage Tendering Process: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and evaluate cost competitiveness. * Monitor Budget and Cost Control: Track project expenses to ensure the project stays within budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities. * Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to provide input on cost-effective solutions and ensure project timelines are met. Requirements Degree or equivalent qualified in Quantity Surveying 5+ yearsβ experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating role Data centre CSA commercial experience preferred. Must be able to travel.
