About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to support young people in Lewisham. This role involves day-to-day work with students who may need additional guidance around behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.
This position offers flexibility and the potential to transition into a full-time role. You will work directly with students on a one-to-one or small-group basis, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and positive behavioural strategies.
Key Responsibilities
