We're seeking a detail-driven and people-focused Audit and Projects Manager to join our Transport Division. In this exciting and impactful role, you'll lead cleaning audits and manage strategic projects that support innovation, service improvement, and safety across a multi-site transport contract. You'll collaborate with operational teams and support digital transformation while driving compliance and best practices. As Rail Cleaning Audit and Projects Manager you will:
- Conduct regular operational and digital audits to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Create clear, insight-led audit reports to support continuous improvement.
- Work closely with frontline teams to implement improvements and track progress.
- Ensure readiness for internal, client, and third-party audits.
- Collaborate with our QHSE Business Partner to review and develop key documentation.
- Manage project milestones, resources, and risk to deliver successful change initiatives.
- Lead innovation efforts to streamline and enhance operations.
- Promote a safe working culture, aligning with Churchill and client safety protocols.
As Rail Cleaning Audit and Projects Manager you'll have:
