Job Description Venn Group HR HR Recruitment Solutions We are delighted to be partnering with a Birmingham based Education Sector organisation as they look to recruit a new HR Advisor to join their growing HR department. HR Advisor Duration: Permanent Location: Birmingham (office based) Salary: £40K (term time only) – approx. £34K Duties/Responsibilities: Provide specialist advice, guidance, and support to school leadership and line managers on a range of employee relations matters Support the Director of People and the schools with any change management activities Co-ordinate the recruitment processes across your allocated academies Monitoring Trust absence data and ensuring attendance triggers and procedures are consistently implemented, planning, attending, and advising at formal attendance meetings Actively promote the use of apprenticeships and the spending of the levy as a vehicle to recruit, develop and retain staff Support the operational and strategic development of the schools and Trust HR service where appropriate by iden…
