Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons to KS3 & KS4
- Adapt the UK National Curriculum to meet diverse learners’ needs
- Implement effective inclusion strategies to raise student achievement
- Monitor and report on students’ personal and academic progress
- Support continuous professional development for teaching staff
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Minimum 6 months UK teaching experience, ideally in a SEMH/SEND setting
- Strong track record of outstanding classroom practice
- Skilled in differentiating lessons for a wide range of abilities
- Excellent organisational and behaviour-management skills
