The Firs Residential Home in Exmouth is seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant/Cook to collaborate with the Kitchen Manager in preparing nutritious and appealing meals for our residents.

Role Summary

The Kitchen Assistant will work under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager and Head Cook, contributing to creating enjoyable and dietary-compliant mealtimes for residents. The role involves engaging with elderly residents and maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in hospitality or catering is advantageous
• Willingness to learn and receive training
• Presentable appearance
• Good command of English

Job Details

Salary: From £11.44 per hour
