Our Client is a Plastic Injection Moulding Manufacturer based in Oxford currently looking for a Graduate NPI Engineer to manage new projects from receipt of order to handover.
Responsibilities:
- Technical oversight of the project, Design Engineer input, tooling specification and supplier management, problem solving after sampling, set up of Manufacturing cell and validation work to achieve Customer and internal sign off.
- Planning, organising and coordinating all work packages to ensure both internal and external suppliers deliver what’s required to the correct specification and on time.
- Overall Management of Project timelines to ensure on time delivery.
- Liaison with Customers to ensure excellent service through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Management of all paperwork under the Quality System.
- Handover to production a fully production ready and capable, validated production process and tooling.
About you:
- Degree Educated in Engineering discipline.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Good communication skills for dealing with the Customer and internal staff and external suppliers.
- Excellent technical knowledge of all related processes.
