Description

As a night porter, based in hotel reception, you will often be the first person to greet guests at a hotel during the early hours. In this job, you would need customer service skills to welcome guests and see to their needs. You should have a smart appearance and always be willing to go above and beyond for our guests. Experience isn\’t essential. Full training and uniform will be provided.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Advising on hotel facilities
• Taking messages
• Responding to safety and security issues
• Walk around the property for security checks
