On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a PAM Security Engineer for a 6 month contract based in Edinburgh. (Hybrid Working) Purpose of the Role: A PAM Security Engineer will run the security applications, assist with implementation of new solutions where required and support all areas of the group with security advice. Assist with Pen testing and operate Vulnerability scanning processes, risk assessment and security incidents. Responsibilities of the role: The provision of application maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. Support typically includes investigation and resolution of issues and may also include performance monitoring. Issues may be resolved by providing advice or training to users, by devising corrections (permanent or temporary) for faults, making general or site-specific modifications, updating documentation, manipulating data, or defining enhancements. Support often involves close collaboration with the system’s developers and/or with colleagues specialising in different areas, such as Database administration or Network support What we require from the candidate: Extensive PAM Experience Support senior leaders in implementing and embedding the RMS Understand Risk Appetite statements and how they apply to the business area Ensure key business risks are fully understood, controlled and mitigated on the team to ensure local plans are delivered and we meet our regulatory requirements Next steps This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella/PAYE engagement model.
