Personal Care Assistant

We are recruiting for personal care assistants needed immediately. This role will start as soon as you are available.
Personal Care Assistants – Full time
Location: Croydon
Hours: 9am to 3:30pm
Pay: £85 to £90 per day PAYE

This role is 5 DAYS PER WEEK and does not offer sponsorship. Please do not apply unless you can work full time without sponsorship needed.

Join a supportive team at a specialist school for children aged 4-19 with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). Help make a real difference in their lives!

Your Role:

• Help with personal care tasks like feeding, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support students in learning and developmental activities.
• Encourage independence and inclusion.
• Work with teachers and therapists on care plans.

What You Need:

• Experience in care or education (preferred but not required).
• A caring, patient, and flexible attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
