Our clients, a young family residing between Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire and London, are seeking a live-in weekend Nanny for their 15-month-old daughter. The ideal Nanny will be very upbeat, proactive, and most importantly warm-natured to keep their little one engaged and interested. You should be willing to roll up your sleeves, be forward-thinking, and independent.
A typical working weekend will start Friday at 11 am and finish just after breakfast on the Tuesday morning. This position will solely be based in Oxfordshire, and you will only be required to live-in whilst the family are in residence.
Your role will include all general Nanny/nursery duties, along with the following:
- Planning age-appropriate activities and outings
- Sticking to the child's structured routine
- Setting soft boundaries with the child – where appropriate
- Light cooking/meal prep for the child
The family currently employs a Housekeeper who also works the weekend, although you will be expected to keep the child's room, bathroom & wardrobe neat and tidy. Both parents are around at the weekend and are very much hands-on with the little one. As they are looking for someone to stay long-term, it is key that you are willing to be a team player and provide sole/shared charge when required.
It is a MUST that you possess the following:
- At least 10 years' prior experience
- DBS Check
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Glowing references
Children: 1 Child – 15 months old
