Make an Impact at RSM UK Our Tax Technology team is dynamic and fast-paced, offering opportunities for progression and the chance to influence RSM nationally and globally by driving digital transformation within the Tax business. As a Tax Technology Associate Director, you will join a passionate team of professionals, working at a strategic level including designing roadmaps, solution architecture, resource allocation, governance, and launch processes across our Tax business. You will be responsible for client proposals, managing relationships with large global accounts, leading a team, and overseeing project delivery in technology implementation, bespoke data and AI solutions, Pillar Two technology, and SaaS products. The role offers high autonomy and reports to the Tax Technology Partner team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver complex technology projects and manage product delivery. Participate in the development of our technology service offerings. Lead our technology team focusing on tax products and data consulting. Engage in client RFPs and proposals. Develop technical knowledge through personal growth. Collaborate on business development materials and website content to showcase our solutions. What We Are Looking For: We seek individuals who thrive on variety, enjoy learning, and are passionate about improvement. Our ideal candidate has: Experience in deploying tax technology and consulting within a professional services environment. Understanding of core tax processes, including corporation tax compliance. A strong track record in customer relationship management. Knowledge of SaaS models, bespoke solutions, and risk mitigation. Experience applying governance to ensure safe implementations. Excellent communication skills across all media. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams. IT skills, data flow knowledge, and quick learning ability. Aware of emerging tax tech trends and client needs. Comfort in presenting and leading workshops. Ability to work effectively remotely and in teams. Supportive, approachable, and open to new ideas. Minimum Requirements: Tax technology project delivery experience in a professional setting. Knowledge of tax compliance processes. Technical skills in Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, AI. Experience in client proposals and account management. Team management experience. Preferred Qualifications: Alteryx certification (Advanced/Expert). Tax technology or related qualification (DITT, etc). Tax technical qualification (ATT, CTA, ICAEW, etc). Experience with Power BI or similar tools. Experience with AI, ML, RPA technologies.
