Halliday Marx have partnered with an exciting technology company to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 6 Month Fixed term contract.

6 Month FTC (The role could go temp to Perm)

Start ASAP

The role:

1. Managing accounts payable and receivable inbox
2. Supplier statement reconciliations
3. Ensuring invoice payment due dates adhere to the payment terms
4. Dealing with Purchase Order queries
5. Organising, registering, matching purchase ledger invoices in a timely manner
6. Reconciling Credit Card statements
7. Preparing and processing payment runs and manual payments

Requirements:

1. You will have 2 years AP experience
2. Experience processing high volumes of invoices
3. You will work as part of a team
