Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions in line with product policy, budget and schedule.
• Develop product briefs, specifications and integration plans; contribute to PBS, WBS and schedules.
• Collaborate with Bid Managers, Capture Leads, Product Line Managers and Sales & BD to deliver winning bids.
• Provide technical leadership and challenge component inputs to drive cost efficiencies and meet compliance.
• Act as a bid team member; adhere to bid process, schedule and quality standards.

Essential Skills and Experience

• System Engineering / Systems Architecture – proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
• Strong innovation and teamwork capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Desirable

• Domain knowledge in Training and/or Simulation.
• Experience with SFR&D, Digital Twins and/or Test & Evaluation.
• Bid management and technical leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science or Mathematics (Honours optional).
• Relevant industry and technical experience.

Security Clearance

SC clearance required. Current holders have an advantage, but successful applicants must achieve and maintain SC clearance prior to commencement.
