Welding Supervisor

Job Role: Welding Supervisor Location: Mansfield Shift: Monday to Thursday 07:15 – 16:00, Friday 07:15 – 15:00 Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour depending on experience Benefits: 33 days holiday, free on-site parking, earlier start and finish to avoid traffic, The Company: Manufacturing and engineering company across multiple industries, within structural, rail, and automotive, they are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. The Welding Supervisor Candidate: * Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a fabrication and welding environment. * A strong fabrication welding background. * The ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings. The Welding Supervisor Responsibilities: * Working with rail specific components including bogies, running gear, and air brakes. * Assembling metal structures using power and hand tools. * Supervising fabrication processes and daily team activities. * Performing quality inspections to ensure high welding standards. * Providing hands on support in welding and fabrication when required.
