Salary: GBP 13.75PH – GBP 14.25PH D.O.E + GBP 65.00PH Sleep Allowance!

Hours: 40 Hours, 2x Days on 4x Days off

HCR is recruiting for a brand-new children\’s service providing care for children with emotional behavior disorders, some of whom may have learning disabilities. The age group varies, and we are looking for a Senior Children’s Support Worker in the Stoke-On-Trent area to work in a small, state-of-the-art residential children\’s home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to children with emotional behavior challenges, such as ADHD and Autism
• Update care plans daily
• Support children with person-centered care
• Encourage engagement in daily living skills and social activities
• Liaise with medical professionals and families

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a children\’s home
• Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning, and Development
• If you have an NVQ Level 2, you must be enrolled in an NVQ Level 3 course
• Must have a car and a valid driving license
