First Party Motor Claims Investigator

Leading insurance company is seeking 3 x Claims Fraud Investigators to join their First Party claims unit.

• Salary £27-29,500 basic, plus annual bonus and benefits
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
• Award winning training and ongoing development

The role will involve managing policyholder Accidental Damage claims, including Fire & Theft, which there is some suspicion of fraud. You will conduct interviews with the policyholder, assess indemnity against policy conditions, and overall aim to reduce financial loss on claims deemed fraudulent.

Full fraud training will be given, but we are looking for those with experience of First Party / Policyholder / Accidental Damage claims.
