- To drive your own development by engaging with our Management Trainee programme and proactive self-learning.
- Assisting in the analysis of business performance, learning how to make and influence key business decisions working with the Center team and manager to build and deliver aggressive growth plans for our key markets.
- To grow our customer account base through the development of both new and existing relationships, maintain our CRM system as you communicate and visit customers as well as working within the Center showroom assisting in sales support and service.
- To attend sales and product training sessions delivered via our in-house training academy (A mixture of; E-learning, live webinars and in-person sessions delivered in Banbury – Oxfordshire).
- Supporting the team with its operational and supply chain responsibilities ensuring the Karcher Center’s support functions are optimised, enabling you to deliver best in class customer service.

- A well-presented and ambitious individual who is confident dealing with a wide variety of people.
- Experience in a sales environment.
- Full UK Driving License essential.
- Clear communication both written and verbal.
- Computer literate and efficient with Google Suite, SAP experience desirable.
