Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations across the area, providing clear, accurate, and confident pricing recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers, buyers, and landlords to foster long-term partnerships.
• Win new business by converting leads into valuation appointments and generating new opportunities for the agency.
• Provide expert advice on the local property market and guide clients through the selling and letting process.
• Meet and exceed targets to earn uncapped commission and enjoy the financial rewards of your hard work.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest property market trends, industry news, and legal regulations.

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30

Pay: £30,000.00-£52,000.00+ per year

• Commission pay with uncapped earnings
