Your Role:
- Assist teachers in creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly, and supportive classroom environment.
- Help in creating learning resources and displays to support students and teaching staff.
- Support students in developing basic skills such as language, reading, writing, spelling, and mathematics.
- Encourage concentration, communication, sharing, and other social skills among students.
- Aid students in accessing the curriculum through clarification and reinforcement of subject matter.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bring energy and dedication to support students with Special Education Needs & Disabilities (SEND) across the school.
- Possess experience working with young people in education or related sectors, with qualifications and/or skills to support learning.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
