Sales & Leasing Consultant / Account Manager
Due to further expansion, we are currently recruiting for a New Car and Van Leasing Executive/Account Manager to join our office in South Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that is looking to expand its business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to grow the business. You will be responsible for driving new business and developing existing customer relationships.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to increase market share and customer base
- Managing incoming sales enquiries generated via our website, and various advertising platforms
- Generating leads through networking, outbound calling, and other activities
- Identifying and targeting new customer segments
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Managing customer accounts
- Analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Reporting on progress to senior management
- Collaborating with the team to ensure objectives are achieved
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Motor Industry, although not essential
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience achieving commercial targets and KPI’s
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence, although not essential
