Pay: Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the option to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if you prefer.

Availability Window: We schedule your contracted hours within the indicated times and give you three weeks\’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility, so if your available times align closely with the advertised times we encourage you to apply.

About the role

• Deliver customer orders to their homes, ensuring accurate and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the van and packing trays.
• Load the van safely and check for roadworthiness.
• Communicate changes to orders with customers, offer refunds when necessary.
• Adhere to scheduled time slots and call customers/ store as required for delays.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Build relationships with colleagues and customers, maintaining a welcoming attitude.
• Act quickly to respond to changing customer needs and embrace change within the store.
• Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations.
• Share ideas with managers and colleagues to improve service.
• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
