Part-Time Classroom Assistant (Adults) – Lancaster

Location: Lancaster

Hourly Rate: £13-£14 per hour

Hours: Part-time – Four classes per week

We are seeking a Classroom Assistant to support adult learners in a creative and engaging environment. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in art and a passion for helping others develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the smooth running of art classes for adult learners.
2. Provide support to the lead tutor and students during sessions.
3. Help set up and tidy away materials before and after classes.
4. Offer guidance and encouragement to students.
5. Ensure a welcoming and supportive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic.
2. Comfortable working with adult learners.
3. Organised and proactive.
4. An interest in art is highly desirable.
