Property Manager - Residential Developer

An award winning Build to Rent (BTR) developer and operator is seeking an ambitious Residential Property Manager to join their growing team. This is a new role for the business, and a rare opportunity to help set up and implement your own procedures.
You will be supporting the Senior Property Manager on the lettings, property, and block management functions of a brand new BTR apartment building in Sheffield.
Experience in the living sectors (residential, BTR, PBSA, etc) and ARLA or IRPM qualifications are strongly preferred. c£30-35,000+Bonus.
