Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to oversee production operations within a manufacturing facility in Church Stretton.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production activities on the line to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor production metrics and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
It is essential that you have a good understanding of a production line.

Although training will be given on the production line it is essential that you understand and have had experience working on a Production Line previously.
