School Compliance Administrator Full -time (8.30am – 4.30pm) Start Date: January 2025 Ongoing contract Must have school office experience (min 1 year) A large, well-organised Special Needs school in Bexley is looking for a School Compliance Administrator to join their school on a full-time basis from January 2025 Job role In this School Compliance Administrator role you will be based within the school office to undertake compliance and background checks for staff and provide support across a range of areas in school administration. As a School Compliance Administrator your duties will include: Processing onboarding checks for teachers and support staff in line with KCSIE Checking Right to work documentation Processing DBS and overseas police checks Referencing Qualification and background checks Routine administration tasks and any other duties required by the Office Manager or school business manager Answering the phone and supporting with day to day running of the office The school are ideally looking for a School Compliance Administrator with previous experience in a school or who has completed compliance & background checks. The School This secondary SEND school is based in Bexley and is for 11-19 with a range of learning disabilities from moderate to severe. Children access an engaging and broad range of learning and development opportunities with excellent facilities including sensory and therapy spaces. There is excellent training and professional development opportunities within the trust and long-term career progression options.
