Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced Call Centre Agents – Customer Service professionals for a number of Contact Centre – Customer Services roles working on a hybrid basis for a awesome business based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. The main purpose of the Customer Service – Contact Centre Agent job is to provide an excellent Customer Service at all times, handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints via Inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, web chat etc. Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex – hybrid working – 2 days office Salary: £25,500 + excellent benefits + 25 days holiday + bank hols Customer Service Agent duties: * Answer customer calls and handle queries * Respond to customer emails and live web chat * Provide a high level customer service at all times * Handle customer complaints Skills & Experience: * Must have previous experience of customer service, ideally working within a busy Call Centre / Contact Centre environment * Good communication skills * Have a confident, empathetic approach to customers Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
