Project Manager

I’m working with a well established construction contractor delivering some of the most complex refurbishment and fit out projects in London, including flagship schemes valued £20m+.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys technically challenging work and wants exposure across the full project lifecycle from heavy structural alterations through to high quality Cat B delivery.

The Projects:

• Major refurbishment & cut and carve schemes
• Main contractor & traditional fit out delivery
• CAT A, structural works and CAT B fit out
• Landmark commercial buildings and high-profile clients

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end project management from pre-construction to handover
• Managing site teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors
• Programme, cost, quality and H&S leadership
• Client and stakeholder management on high value schemes
• Driving performance across structural and fit out phases

About You:

• Comfortable operating as main contractor or traditional fit-out lead
• Strong understanding of structural works and CAT A to CAT B delivery
• Excellent commercial awareness and leadership skills
• Experience on projects £15m+ (higher value exposure advantageous)
