Customer Services Adviser

We are looking for an outstanding individual who will strive to provide the best service to our residents. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will provide a responsive, solution-focused service to all.

You will have a proven background of working in a contact centre or directly with members of the public, both face to face and over the phone, as well as experience in logging repairs and raising job orders for external contractors. Your desire to help people, be empathetic, and understanding is crucial for this role. The CSC is a small team, so being a team player is essential, as well as being resilient and able to work under pressure.
