This post presents an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader within our Personal Wellbeing service. Commissioned by HMPPS, these services support adult male ex-offenders across pathways such as:

• Family and Significant Others
• Lifestyle and Associates
• Social Inclusion

Your role involves providing line management and motivating a team of Frontline Practitioners to achieve our Business Plan objectives, including innovating and reforming Justice Services delivery.

You will work closely with partners like HMPPS, Voluntary Sector, and other Criminal Justice organizations to promote and deliver services, ensuring contractual compliance and timely mobilization of services.

You will be responsible for fostering an environment of engagement and empowerment among staff, promoting Catch22\’s values and understanding the needs of service users and communities.

Qualifications

• Driving license and access to a personal vehicle for travel across Thames Valley.
• A relevant qualification in offender rehabilitation or related fields.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Proven management and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of offender rehabilitation models, risk management, and legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• A commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Flexibility to travel and undertake training.
