Administrative Officer Hybrid, 2 days p/w from office £30K salary, flexible hours accepted We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join a small non-profit representative membership body based in Central London. Our client work in the public health space, representing certain professionals for the delivery of high quality critical care. This is an important role at the Society which will provide high quality administrative and committee support to the CEO and Chair of Trustees. The successful candidate will manage the annual schedule of the Council and Trustee Board meetings, making sure the logistics are planned to ensure meeting run professionally. There will also be responsibility to organise briefing meetings with the CEO and Chair, which includes drafting agendas and briefing notes. The successful candidate will have experience writing minutes and working with committees or governance boards. This will be part of a small policy and standards team who prepare guidelines for the industry, working with clinical members in public healthcare. We are looking for a self-starter type, someone who can work autonomously, is confident and has high attention to detail. Apply right away as this will move quickly!
