The successful candidate will have some technical knowledge in the automotive sector, be meticulous, and be confident in typing notes.
This role will include:
- Taking reports from field engineers and making notes in jobs on our bespoke report building system.
- Checking images and diagnostic reports to ensure the reports are correct.
This role would be most suited to a technician or service advisor who would like to move away from the garage environment or physical tool work, or someone from a warranty claims background. Some knowledge of warranty processes or consumer rights would be advantageous, although not a necessity.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, and they will benefit from a relaxed environment in an air-conditioned office, all equipment required to complete the necessary tasks, hot and cold drinks, occasional free lunch, and direct support from the company directors, along with:
- A 5-day working week with very little stress or difficult situations.
- Full technical support and job assistance.
- And most importantly… appreciation!
We pride ourselves on remaining professional at all times, along with staying compliant with various procedures and guidelines, and expect the same of anyone who joins our team.
