Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Provide information about menu items, services, or event details.
- Operational Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas, including tables, chairs, and equipment. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, or event spaces. Manage inventory, including monitoring supplies and reporting needs for replenishment.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Follow all relevant policies and procedures, including those related to food handling and safety.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate and support service delivery. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
