Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate Care Worker to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting others and a commitment to providing care and assistance that empowers individuals to live with dignity and achieve their personal goals.

Experience / Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care role, ideally within a residential, community, or healthcare setting.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Proven ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying care needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Practical experience in personal care, medication administration, and daily living support is an advantage.
